Allen Guelzo, Ph.D. is a Professor at Gettysburg College, and former Dean of the Templeton Honors College at Eastern College, St. Davids, PA. Dr. Guelzo holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of PA. and is an ordained minister in the Reformed Episcopal Church. A prominent historian, theologian and author, he is particularly noted for his scholarship on Abraham Lincoln and on Jonathan Edwards. Dr. Guelzo’s most recent book is Abraham Lincoln: Redeemer President.
